Consultation begins eight (8) days prior to the event. The coordinator completes the concept and program and works together with the suppliers for final arrangements. The coordinator also straightens out matters on deliveries, venue, physical arrangement, program, briefing with the host, and supervision on the actual day of event with 3 staff or 5 staff.
· Plan and implement the flow of the wedding from the ceremony to the reception
· Enforce all agreements stated in the contract between the couple and the various suppliers
· Check the things for bride’s preparation pictorial
· Make sure that all suppliers/vendors render their service on time
· Manage the entourage and couple’s activities on the day. Make-up session, pictorial session, departure for ceremony, etc.
· Verify couple’s agreements with suppliers
· Supervise the ceremony
· Distribute missalettes
· Organize processional line
· Discuss with the lector/commentator certain procedures needed for the ceremony
· Assist the florist in distributing flowers/bouquets to the members of the entourage
· Distribute the veil, cord and lighter to the sponsors
· Distribute the cushions to the bearers before the kids march for the bridal procession
· Instructs members of the entourage of their duties for the ceremony and reception
· Oversee wedding details
· Usher guests to their seats
· Coordinate and meet with emcee(s) to discuss the program
· Assist the photographers and videographers
· Facilitate the distribution of giveaways to the guests
· Route the guestbook if necessary

· Collect all accessories needed in church after the pictorial (cushions for rings and arrhae, cord, veil, guestbook, etc.)
· Endorse and return to the trustee of all materials used in the wedding ceremony and reception
· Handle and account for all gifts for the couple
